What's in the box?

Each Dean you receive includes a Dean scooter (obviously), a durable canvas carry strap, a user manual, tightening tools and some goodies ;).

 

Do you ship outside of the contiguous U.S.?

Not yet! But we will keep you posted when we do. If you live anywhere else, let us know!

 

What are the dimensions of the box?

It's 33.5in x 5.75in x 14in.

How much does the scooter weigh?

Less than 15lbs!

Whats the return policy?

Within the 30-Day Trial Period, returns are totally free – no money out of your pocket for shipping. Even beyond the trial, we’ll refund or replace any product with a manufacturing defect. Just email us at hello@deanscooters.com, and we’ll make it right!

 

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely! If you no longer want your order or need to make edits to quantity or shipping address, please us at hello@deanscooters.com within 1 hour of purchase with the subject line CANCEL ORDER (your order #). We can cancel the order and allow you to repurchase the desired items if still available. Once a return is initiated, funds will be released immediately, but depending on your bank it may take 3-10 days for the credit to post to your account
